Pat Wictor in San Antonio (3/26) and Dallas-FW area (3/28, 3/29, 3/30)!

Dear Friends in Texas--

Pat Wictor here.  Lots of red hair, lap slide guitar, roots Americana music.  I'm doing my very first tour of Texas next week, and if you're anywhere nearby, I'd certainly love to see you at one (or more!) of these shows:

Wednesday, March 26, 8pm

Casbeer's

1719 Blanco Road

San Antonio, TX  78201

210-732-3511

I'll be sharing the show with my friend, the one and only Butch Morgan.  He's an outstanding guitarist, a songwriter with smarts, humor, and a flair for surprise.  It's going to be a fun night, with a fair amount of improvisation.

Mark the calendar:  Sunday, June 1 I'll be playing the mainstage at the Kerrville Folk Festival, with my good friend Cheryl Prashker on drums.  www.cherylprashker.com

As this is my first tour through Texas, I hope you'll bring friends and family, and share my music with them.  And for my friends in the Austin and Houston areas, I hope to get something going on future trips.  But if you can stand a drive to either San Antonio or Dallas, maybe I'll see you there!

I'll be doing songs off of my forthcoming CD, "Sunset Waltz," which will be released in early May.

As a kid, I lived for three years in Tyler (real East Texas!), and coming to Kerrville these last few years felt like returning home.  (I know Kerrville's a special place!) I aim to do more shows in Texas in the coming years, so I hope to see a lot of you!

Thanks for listening, and warmest regards,

Pat Wictor
