Hi folks--



This Thursday I'll be playing in NYC with my good friend Jon Shain, an outstanding guitarist and songwriter from North Carolina.  We're going to swap songs for a good long set.  Afterwards, Tracy Grammer and Jim Henry will be playing a set, and you won't want to miss them either!

There will be a tip bucket (I kid you not)--bring the amount you'd normally pay to see a ticketed show in NYC.  Jon's a good ways from home--let's send him off with travel money.  :-)  We're actually doing a few shows together, including one last week.   We both improvise a bunch behind each other, and it works out great--you never know what magic is going to happen!



I haven't seen a good many of my NYC fans in some time.  I know how busy everyone gets, but I hope you can make it out, both for Jon and me, and Tracy and Jim too.  The impending snow (tonight and tomorrow) will be plenty cleared by then!
